Youth Yoga

Bendy Lil Labbers

In this 45 minute session we will explore yoga poses and exercises to help promote strength and balance, cultivate self-health, relaxation, and body awareness.

Classes will incorporate fun yoga poses and creative movements! Led by the lovely Patricia Malcom.

Adults aren't the only ones who are stressed. Yoga for youth will help calm their minds!

October Session: $40 for all 4 weeks or $15 drop in



Youth Spin

 Lil Labbers

Tuesdays 5-5300pm 

Ages 10-15

This high paced cardio program consists of cycling in our party-lit spin room! Fun & effective fitness! Indoor winter training to increase cardiovascular strength and decrease stress! 


Program is 4 weeks in length, led by the lovely mom of 2-Patricia Malcolm.

Requires running shoes  

Height requirements to ride on bike (approx. 4"7)

This introductory program will be beneficial to youth of all ages and abilities. No experience required! 

$50 for 5 weeks Pre-registration required!
