Daily gratitude, happiness tasks, and themed classes are the basis of this Wellness program!


For 21 days you will be provided the tools, resources and exercises to enable you to start living a more fulfilling, successful, and grateful life.

The program will consist of 2 Components each day, both will take less than 5 minutes of your day:


1) Gratitude moment: one thing you are grateful each day. Record this in a journal or simply mediate for a minute

2) Happiness task- provided and encouraged by the Lab :)
